Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the May 19 meeting were reviewed. Bob Ross moved to approve.
Randy Wolff seconded. Without objection the minutes were approved.

ARs:
- Mike LaBonte to seek Intel and SAE ITC review of proposed binary code license
  - Not sent to SAE ITC yet
- Randy Wolff to send edited IBISCHK702 agreement for review
  - Done
- Bob Ross to review the BIRD181.2 draft
  - Not done yet.

IBISCHK7 and TSCHK2 binary copyright:
Mike LaBonte reported that he had not sent the document to SAE ITC yet, and there
had been no reply from Intel yet. Mike suggested Bob Ross felt it we should continue
shipping extra options.

New parser bugs:
Bob Ross reported there were no new bugs.

Parser source licenses:
The payment had been formally recognized, but Infineon had not yet signed the license
agreements. There might be some confusion about whom to send the agreements to for
signing. Randy Wolff asked which engineer had requested the software, suggesting that
help could be enlisted there. Bob said one agreement may have been sent to SAE ITC
but not the other. There was some confusion about the status of agreements.

IBISCHK 7.0.2 development:
Randy Wolff said if it were not for BUG 213 we could wait before moving ahead, there
could be additional bugs to fix. Bob Ross said we usually specify a date of completion,
but it might be good to state a deadline relative to the signing of the contract.
Bob noted that updating regression tests and documenting new messages added to the work.
Randy said if a proposal could be made in the next Open Forum meeting, a vote could
be held in the meeting after that.

AR: Bob Ross to seek quote for IBISCHK 7.0.2 development

Tabled topics (no discussion without motion):
  - IBIS-ISS parser

Randy Wolff moved to adjourn. Lance Wang seconded. Without objection the meeting ended.

Meeting ended: 11:35 ET
